چکیده
This paper introduces a Transimpedance Amplifier (TIA) design capable of producing an incremental input resistance in the ohmic range, for signals microampere such as are encountered instrumentation electrochemical ampero-metric sensors, optical-sensing and current-mode circuits. low input-resistance is achieved using stage incorporating negative feedback. In Cadence simulation exemplary 180 nm CMOS process operating with ± 1.8 V supply rails, 1.05 ohms power dissipation 93.6 µW. The bandwidth, gain 100 dBohm, exceeded 9 MHz. For 1µA, 1 MHz sinusoidal signal Total Harmonic Distortion, this gain, less than 1%. referred noise current zero photodiode capacitance 2.09 pA/√Hz 2pF 8.52 pA/√Hz. Graphical data presented to show effect varying from 0.5 2 pF, when TIA used optical sensing. summary, required very resistance, at level (µA) furthermore Table included comparing characteristics widely Figure Merit (FOM) proposed similar published low-power TIAs. It apparent that FOM better FOMs other TIAs mentioned.

Abstract- A novel low-voltage two-stage operational amplifier employing resistive biasing is presented. This amplifier implements neutralization and correction common mode stability in second stage while employs capacitive dc level shifter and coupling between two stages. The structure reduces the power consumption and increases output voltage swing. The compensation is performed by simple mill...

Design of a Current Mirror Based Differential Amplifier for Low-voltage and Low Power Applications
As per the Moore’s law, there is an extreme increase in number of on chip devices, this increase in chip density results in power dissipation and thus the power utilization is unsatisfactory. So to avoid this problem the concept of Low Power system arises. As a part of microelectronics, it has been proposed to make the choice of minute circuit with attraction added by use of MOS cells. Since we...
